Spring and Summer have come and gone and we have posted little. Why ? We have no excuse. Despite the economy and even statements by manufacturers/dealers new figure sets and playsets continue to be released.

One maker tried the resin route and went done in flames. However to his credit his release will come in 2012 and in plastic.

The so called biggest and the best still hasn't released any plastic in 2011 and IMHO they will not do so in 2012.

Nice to see CTS sort of sticking to the old MARX, Accurate, Imex scale....

Update Spring 2011

Well we haven't returned here per say and we are still using the YAHOO Group as the Main site.  Lots of new IMHO comments on YAHOO Group.  


Now that we have some time we can sit down and evaluate which site we will keep.

Year is almost over but we are awaiting 2 figure set releases.  TSSD and Paragon.

Alamo

Well, well, well....one Maker took it on the chin when he failed to complete the Alamo compound.  It now looks like another is about to take some shots.   The first guy ran a poll as to who was interested in ordering additional sets to complete the compound.  Lousy results reported.  This other guy has to his credit knocked out a few of the missing buildings etc.  But know he states FIGURE production are his main business and he is directing his efforts to that end.
