My thoughts and opinions on the 54mm/60mm Plastic Toy Soldier collecting hobby. Yes I seemingly rant at times and we explained in one of the first posts that we would be. So if you do not like that sort of stuff we suggest you leave NOW. Also look for some thoughts on history, informational posts and a bit of fun stuff from time to time.

Still more on Scale
Ok so scale as you know is a big thing to me. Why the others IMHO cant get it right but CTS seems to. I think it is the base. Others all seem to use large built up bases whereas CTS uses more of a flat base that like Imex, Marx, and Accurate. CTS figures may be still be large but the absence of the built up base makes then less looking like hulking giants. I hope CTS continues this practice.

Some TS manufacturers treat the base as a mini diorama. TSSD and Conte do this. It's tough to do a firing ling of all men with one foot on a stone or stump.
I worry about these pass words. The one I just typed may summon up "The Old Ones."
Is their a way to disable these PWs ?
COnte does make metal so I guess the fancy base is something he is used too..... I still do not like them LOL
I have a "cartoon" with minatures you might like to post. Let me know how to send it to you.
